Global Supply Chain Manager

Join a dynamic and rapidly-growing mobility startup as we seek a talented Global Supply Chain Manager to spearhead our mechanics/electromechanics category.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative global sourcing strategies for essential components such as batteries, drivetrains, mechanical structures, sensors, and electronics.

Take full ownership of the supplier selection, negotiation, and management processes across the entire supply ecosystem.

Lead robust contract negotiations, craft effective pricing strategies, and negotiate long-term agreements that align with our cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

Create and refine scalable systems designed for supplier performance management and ongoing process improvement.

Your Qualifications:

5+ years of proven experience in global supply management, strategic sourcing, or procurement within sectors like robotics, autonomous mobility, electric vehicles, or defence/aerospace.

In-depth knowledge of mechanical and/or electromechanical systems, with a strong background in sourcing complex assemblies.

Exceptional negotiation, vendor management, and cost analysis capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.

A degree in engineering or a related technical field.

Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin, German, or Spanish.
