Practice Manager in Financial Services

A Life & Health Insurance License is required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

FINRA Licenses (SIE, Series 6 & 63) must be obtained within two years of hire.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Support: Oversee scheduling, client outreach, utilize CRM (Salesforce), and coordinate events.

Marketing & Business Development: Implement local branding strategies, manage client communications, and organize networking events.

Office Operations & Compliance: Handle paperwork processing, track applications, maintain records, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Process Improvement: Recognize opportunities for operational efficiencies and contribute to strategic business growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: Background in insurance, financial services, customer service, or office administration.

Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 & Salesforce.

Licensing: Life & Health Insurance License (to be obtained within 90 days), FINRA SIE, Series 6 & 63 (to be obtained within 2 years).

Travel: Approximately 20% local travel for client meetings and events; occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
