General RV Center is hiring for a Inventory Specialist at our Wixom, MI location. As an Inventory Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our new inventory is accurately logged and priced in our sales catalog all while partnering with our 21 locations.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform high volume data entry quickly, accurately, and efficiently - VIN numbers, pricing, inventory codes, etc.

Respond to store manager requests in a timely manner.

Transfer paper files into digital document management system.

Minor accounting tasks - AP and AR receipts

Adjust pricing as needed

Other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

High attention to detail and accuracy

Prior office or related professional experience is highly desired.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel a plus (VlookUp, Data Set extraction/filter, Pivot Table).

Must possess strong typing skills and be able to type a minimum 40 words per minute.

Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office setting.

Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must.
