SENIOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Professional Search Advisors is seeking a Senior Project Manager to work on the Owner's Rep side with a Project Management Firm to oversee and manage all aspects of real estate development projects for Healthcare and/or Higher Education clients in the Tampa area. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all project activities from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

SENIOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

Healthcare or Higher Education construction experience.

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in real estate development, project management, and construction management.

Strong knowledge of real estate development processes, including zoning regulations, permitting, and land use planning.

Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.).

SENIOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the planning and development of real estate projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Build and lead project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

Manage project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.

Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure favorable terms and pricing.

Implement quality control measures to ensure that projects meet quality standards

Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, investors, and regulatory agencies.
