Job Description
Assist PMs and VPs in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
Review and process project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Assist in budget management and cost tracking.
Maintain project files and documentation in an organized manner. The Successful Applicant
1-5 years of construction experience
Experience in commercial interiors projects or base building construction is preferred
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Timberline ) is a plus.
A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in the construction industry. What's on Offer
Base Salary: 70,000-95,000 (depending on experience)
