Monday â Friday 7:30am-4pm (flexible)
Who We Are:
Local Courier company is looking for an upbeat Dispatcher Rock Star to join their fast-paced Tualatin office!
What Youâ ll Do:
As a member of the Dispatching team, you will be assisting customers, both online and on the phone, with their accounts and questions. You will be handling 350-to 400 orders a day with your team.

What You Need to Have:
Ability to talk and type at the same time
Type 30 wpm with 100% accuracy (there will be a typing test!)
Outstanding customer service!
2-3 years of CSR Experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Familiar with Excel
Out-going and upbeat!
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Dependability â you must be punctual and reliable
Grace under pressure â this is a busy, fast-paced job
Must be animal friendly â dogs in office (donâ t worry, OZZY'S friendly!)
