Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic and growing private/commercial team in one of our Atlanta area offices. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in architecture to lead multi-discipline projects from concept through completion. What You'll Do
Manage and lead project teams throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and successful project delivery.
Oversee project scheduling, coordination, and quality control to maintain on-time and on-budget delivery.
Foster collaboration across disciplines and promote integrated design thinking.
Contribute to proposal development and project scoping, including budgeting and financial oversight.
Coordinate with internal and external partners, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
Travel regionally for client meetings, site visits, and team collaboration as needed. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (preferred) or Engineering.
Architectural license or Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in A&E, with at least 4 years in project management for multi-discipline projects.
Thorough knowledge of facilities design and construction, project delivery, and client relationships.
Demonstrated success managing projects within the following sectors (listed in order of priority):
Hotel/hospitality development and renovation
Multi-family or mixed-use development
Retail/restaurant development and renovation
Demonstrated experience in the preparation of construction specifications and drawings.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Strong interest in comprehensive, multi-discipline design processes and a drive to understand how all design components work together.
Skilled in project financial management, proposal writing, and scope development.
Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, MS Project and/or other software programs applicable to job type. About Pond
