We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Physician to join our growing concierge medical practice. In this role, you'll deliver comprehensive, unhurried care to a limited panel of patients-focusing on quality, relationships, and proactive health management rather than volume. What You'll Do:

Provide preventive and primary care services to a dedicated patient panel

Build strong, lasting relationships with patients and their families

Offer same-day or next-day appointments and 24/7 access via phone/text/email as part of concierge care model

Coordinate care across specialties and advocate for your patients within the healthcare system

Utilize evidence-based medicine in a low-pressure, quality-driven setting

Collaborate with a supportive, patient-centric clinical team

What We're Looking For:

M.D., board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and/or Pediatrics

Current, unrestricted medical license in Florida

Experience in primary care or concierge medicine preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for delivering exceptional, personalized healthcare

Comfortable with modern health tech tools and EMRs
