Main Responsibilities:
Leading role in ensuring 100% realization of Production Directorate’s annual Work Plan comprising of Integrated Activities, Annual Budget & Procurement Plan to accomplish all operations, maintenance, Field Development, Production, Efficiency and Sustain projects. Responsible for effective bridging between Branch Office and Field locations for 100% Work Plan realization.
Responsible for development, formalization, approvals (Internal, HQ, JVPs), implementation and control of overall budget profile including Capex, OpEx, F&M Assets, Sustain, Efficiency, Field Development & Production Projects. Preparation of Integrated Activity Planner (IAP), OPEX/CAPEX budgeting, cost management along with planning & scheduling of IAP Work Plan.
Accountable for effective representation of Production Directorate at internal and external forums (higher management and JVPs) including development of Tender Board cases, AFEs, CRs, JVPs’ Technical workshops, OCM, TCM and FCM to ensure compliance of HQ and MOL Pakistan’s regulations and business targets. Serve on behalf of Senior Manager (O&M) upon requirement.
Responsible for stakeholder management at branch office level with regards to approvals and technical alignment in line with the relevant protocols and procedures. Responsible for alignment of CMMS with Production Directorate’s Maintenance Management System and effective utilization of CMMS as per Directorate’s targets.
Act responsibly on HSE and social impact of MOL Group activities as part of day-to-day business and adhere to MOL Group core values of People, Customers, Ownership and Agility in the course of business operations.
Qualification:
B.E. Chemical/ Mechanical
Professional competencies:
Sound technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical and process equipment
Good understanding of production operations, business planning, monitoring and controlling
Good understanding of engineering drawings, standards and best practices
Excellent knowledge of SD&HSE standards in the industry

At least 15 years’ versatile experience in oil & gas industry.
