Job Description:

Provide a luxurious welcoming statement and deliver personalized service to all Mansion and Skylofts guests by exuding genuine interest in guest preferences, wishes and needs.

Ensure accurate registration of guests, room assignment, reservations and details; prepare keys, collect payments and provide appropriate hotel orientation when necessary.

Maintain a cash float, accept and process payment for guest accounts at registration and checkout; maintain a daily report of all deposits and receipts and ensure all transactions, posting and cash are accounted for and balanced at the beginning and end of each work shift.

Maintain operation of Sky Lounge and serve guests as necessary.

Be knowledgeable of Hotel information to effectively and confidently answer guest inquiries.'

Job Requirements:

1 year’s experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Strong knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office and HotSOS.
