Calypso IT Business Analyst - Investment Bank Ops

Job Title: Operations IT Business Analyst – Calypso

Summary:

Join the Global Markets & Risks Booking and Post Trade IT team, supporting Collateral and Cash Management systems (e.g., Calypso) for Equity Derivatives, Securities Lending, Global Macro, and Credit. This role involves business analysis, functional support, and collaboration with Operations and IT teams in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements from Operations and Front Office teams

Conduct gap/impact analyses and define functional specs

Liaise with IT for development, testing, and delivery

Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Provide day-to-day support for booking and back-office systems

Assist in project planning, issue tracking, and reporting

Requirements

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Finance, or related field

Experience in IT business analysis within financial back-office operations

Strong knowledge of collateral and cash management; Calypso experience preferred

Familiarity with trading and settlement systems (e.g., Sophis, Loanet)

SQL knowledge is a plus

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills

Agile methodology exposure is a plus
