Sales Estimator – Industrial Rigging & Heavy-Haul Projects
Our client, a specialized rigging and industrial moving company based in Abbotsford is currently seeking a Sales Estimator/Project Manager to join their dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in a company that supports Western Canada’s manufacturing and industrial sectors.
In this unique position, the successful candidate will blend technical estimating expertise, client relationship management, and project coordination, working on a wide range of projects -from industrial machinery relocations to complex heavy-haul and equipment installations.

What You’ll Do:
Build relationships with industrial clients to win repeat and referral business
Lead walkthroughs, develop scope, and prepare accurate estimates and bids
Create execution plans for field teams and ensure successful project delivery
Act as the primary client contact from initial proposal through to closeout
Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, operations, and field crews
Identify new project opportunities and contribute to business development strategy
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years in estimating, project coordination, or technical sales
Industry experience in industrial moving, rigging, millwrighting, or construction
Comfortable managing project scope, timelines, and client communications
Proficiency with MS Office tools and a proactive, team-first mindset
Bonus: Experience reading mechanical drawings or providing constructability feedback
