Description:

Administrative Assistant needed to support the General Manager of Outlet Center, and overall office management functions and activities Full-Time.

Duties include, but are not limited to: Assist all visitors to the Management office.

Answer and redirect incoming calls to the appropriate team member Assist tenants with copier and fax machine services and prepare end of month billing.

Stock kitchen/break room and maintain appropriate inventory of supplies (i.e.

coffee, cups and napkins). Coordinate distribution process of memos to tenants.

Collect/distribute/prepare incoming/outgoing mail and courier packages Track and maintain Certificate of Insurance for on-site contractors.

Coordinate Accounting activity between the Center and Corporate A/P dept.

Perform other related duties as assigned and as needed.

Provide customer service when interacting with tenants, vendors and staff Running reports Assist with the payables for all center related expenses Assist with other duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of administration experience Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred Accounting experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office/Word/Excel/Outlook Must be able to work weekends, holidays and retail business hours.
