Job Description
The Payroll Coordinator will ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing for employees in all of our restaurant locations. Your role will involve:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage payroll data entry and submission
Prepare payroll tax filings and reports
Support employees with payroll inquiries
Document payroll policies and identify improvement areas
Manage the end-to-end payroll process using ADP, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee wages, bonuses, and deductions.
Review and verify timekeeping records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies and trends, providing insights to management for decision-making
Prepare and generate payroll reports, including labor costs, overtime, and other relevant metrics for review
Qualifications and requirements:
High school diploma or Associates degree
1-2 years experience using ADP
Experience in Payroll, Staffing, or a related field preferred
Proficiency in using payroll software, Microsoft Office and internet-based software platforms
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional math skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
High level of efficiency and accuracy
Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
