Applications Engineer

What is the position?

The Application Engineer supports clients by identifying their needs and developing tailored product solutions. This role will utilize technical expertise and sales skills to design equipment and ensure customer requirements are met, while adhering to industry standards.

What are the responsibilities?

As an Application Engineer, you will:

Design and size equipment using engineering calculations and software tools.

Analyze engineering data and customer specifications to recommend solutions.

Prepare and submit detailed bid packages, including proposals and drawings.

Manage project workflows from sales through final shipment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical requirements.

What are the requirements?

Bachelorâ s degree in Mechanical Engineering

1-5 years of relevant experience

Sales experience

Experience with AutoCAD

Knowledge of ASME piping codes

Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
