Perform advanced design improvements for new automotive launch programs by conducting Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Mold Flow Analysis, and utilizing advanced CAD tools to optimize product assemblies and increase profit margins. Conduct comprehensive case studies on process improvements, presenting findings to customer teams and key stakeholders to forecast future savings. Identify early risks and implement mitigation strategies with corrective action plans based on data-driven decision-making to maintain high-quality product standards. Analyze design and process implications for product lines, communicate financial impacts, and implement changes from design to production to enhance process output and profitability. Research and integrate the latest automation technologies into product assembly processes, conducting detailed analyses and communicating potential savings to the management team.
Requirements: Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering required due to the advanced technical analysis, complex problem-solving, and specialized design skills essential for this role.
