Position: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Century City, CA (Onsite)
Pay: $85,000 to $110,000 annually
Experience: 5+ yearsâ experience to support the Commercial Litigation and Insurance Recovery practice areas.
Education: Bachelorâ s degree and paralegal certificate strongly desired.

Job Description:
Prepare and finalize pleadings in accordance with applicable State and Federal rules.
eFiling in the State and Federal courts.
Assist with document retrieval, review, organization, and voluminous production.
Prepare complex document reviews.
Maintain case pleadings, correspondence, and discovery for large volume cases.
Maintain and use document, transcript, and work product databases.
Prepare for depositions, and prepare binders, exhibits, and all other discovery related tasks.
Work with supervising attorney to organize and prepare exhibit lists and privilege logs.
Coordinate work with outside document/litigation vendors.
Coordinate and assist with trial preparations, exhibits, witness binders, and demonstratives.
Assist with case docketing, including court and discovery deadlines.
Maintain confidentiality of client information.
Provide legal and non-legal administrative support to attorneys.
Position Requirements:
Must have eDiscovery experience and knowledge of federal, state, and local civil procedure.
Superior organizational skills and strict attention to detail.
Ability to handle a high volume and fast-paced environment is required.
Knowledge of Relativity is highly preferred.
