Driver's License Required.

What You'll Do:

Provide window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and soft washing services.

Install and remove holiday lights (with bonus pay!).

Excel in a team setting.

Build strong customer relationships.

Create memorable customer experiences.

Continuously improve through training and feedback.

What We Offer:

Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm schedule, with occasional evening opportunities.

Competitive hourly pay: $15 - $30 per hour + tips, bonuses, and commissions.

Requirements:

Ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Ability to lift and maneuver equipment, including a Water Fed Pole (weight varies).

Valid driver's license.

Prior experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or holiday lighting is a plus.

Reliable transportation to job sites.

Strong customer service skills.

Positive attitude.

Ability to follow directions and stay on task.

Problem-Solving, grit, and determination to handle challenging tasks.
