Client Success Manager

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll lead strategic partnerships and oversee the development and execution of tailored digital marketing strategies. You'll be the primary point of contact for key accounts, building strong relationships, anticipating needs, and ensuring our clients’ goals are met. You’ll proactively bring actionable recommendations, performance reports, and growth opportunities to clients, while collaborating with internal teams to execute and optimize strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Account Management:
Be the primary point of contact for key accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
Understand client goals, anticipate needs, and deliver solutions that align with their business objectives.
Proactively address concerns and challenges, offering solutions while ensuring internal teams are aligned to meet client expectations.
Ensure clients receive exceptional service by managing expectations and following through on recommendations.
Client Strategy & Growth:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and refine digital marketing strategies (SEO, paid advertising, social media, etc.) tailored to each client's unique needs.
Use data and performance metrics to evaluate account health, identify opportunities for growth, and offer actionable recommendations.
Regularly present strategy updates and performance reports to clients, ensuring clear communication and fostering opportunities for ongoing partnership growth.
Team Collaboration & Leadership:
Share insights and industry trends to contribute to the agency’s overall strategy and enhance client account management.
Support internal teams by maintaining alignment and providing the necessary context to execute and optimize client strategies effectively.Position Details

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday
Salary: $65K - $75K
