We are seeking a Fabrication Lead – 2nd Shift to join our team. In this role, you will oversee multiple fabrication cells, ensuring production efficiency, quality, and team development. If you have experience in metal fabrication and leadership, we want to hear from you!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure teams are properly staffed to meet production goals

Coordinate resources across fabrication areas

Coach employees on productivity and quality metrics

Act as a technical resource to resolve team inquiries and issues

Oversee training and cross-training efforts

Manage labor hours to meet production requirements

Audit and enforce MPE quality processes

Support continuous improvement initiatives

Operate fabrication equipment as needed (Press Brake, Laser/Turrets, PEM Inserting, Welding)Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Technical degree preferred

Blueprint reading and interpretation skills

2+ years of experience in metal fabrication

Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferredWhy Join Us?
