In this role, you will play a vital part in the smooth operation of our busy pediatric practice by performing various clinical and administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

Greeting and Customer Service:

Warmly welcome patients and visitors to create a positive and friendly atmosphere.

Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for patients and their families.

Administrative Tasks:

Verify insurance information and process payments accurately.

Schedule appointments efficiently, considering patient and staff needs.

Answer phone calls and provide information or direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

Perform data entry tasks accurately and timely.

Appointment Management:

Confirm appointments with patients and assist in appointment rescheduling if necessary.

Manage the check-in and check-out process to maintain efficient patient flow.

Other Duties:

Assist in scanning documents and maintaining organized electronic records.

Qualifications:

CMA or Associates degree preferred.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.

Previous experience with computer-based EMR systems.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
