We are seeking a skilled Shop Welder / Fabricator to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong welding and fabrication skills, the ability to work independently, and a creative approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Perform welding and fabrication of metal components

Operate welding equipment, grinders, and other shop tools

Work independently to complete projects efficiently

Troubleshoot and provide creative solutions for custom builds

Ability to source and procure welding equipment and steel

Qualifications:

Experience in various welding Stick/MIG/TIG welding and fabrication

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
