Job Duties:
*Assist the Director and Supervisor of HR & Office Management.
*Collect and input information from multiple sources as required by HQ Japan.
*Serve as the primary interface for requests from Japan HQ.
*Assist with planning and coordinating company events
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s Degree or any equivalent degree) preferred.
*Native-level proficiency in English MUST
*Conversant to Advance level in Japanese is plus
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word at a business level.
