Job Description

Full time Maintenance position needed for a Homeowner Association on Longboat Key with beach and bay access. Basic irrigation, plumbing, carpentry knowledge. Current Maintenance person will train you for position. All tools and equipment supplied by Association. 10 acre property with 178 units. Vacation, sick days, holidays, personal days, and a supplement for insurance after probationary period. Pay based on experience with $18 per hour to start.
