What You’ll Do

Operate manual, automatic & semi-automatic microelectronics assembly equipment

Perform die and wafer processing, chip-and-wire assembly, measurement & sorting

Conduct Quality Assurance-level inspection using high & low power microscopes

Follow defined specifications & instructions to maintain precision standards

Handle delicate components using various hand tools with extreme care

️ Train new employees on basic assembly processes & equipment operation

Maintain organized, audit-ready work areas to uphold industry standards

Utilize computer-based manufacturing systems for data entry & product movement

What You Bring

High School Diploma or GED required

Basic computer skills for manufacturing data entry

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the team

High attention to detail for precision assembly & inspections
