This position is a 1099 Independent Contractor Position

This role is accountable for execution and oversight of work managed by the Facilities Maintenance Management (FMM) Department. We provide operational, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for systems and equipment that support manufacturing process area and labs through strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and cGMP.

As a Facilities Escort, a typical day might include the following:

Escorting vendors into utility spaces, lab areas, and process areas, including gowning into classified and controlled spaces.

Reviewing work record documentation and vendor provided documentation for completeness, accuracy and compliance, and providing feedback to Facilities technicians, contractors, and other internal or external customers to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Working with FMM, MFG, and QC teams (among others) to coordinate and ensure completion of FMM managed work (preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting activities, repair and calibration). Follow current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs) and good business practices.

Ensuring that the execution of activities are performed in a safe and compliant manner.

Communicating and coordinating with all applicable groups within FMM before, during, and following planned and unplanned work events.

Investigating and troubleshooting issues and determining solutions or recommendations for remediation, changes, and/or improvements.

Identifying and implementing process and program improvements.

Ensuring that all work that is carried out is in compliance with the required regulatory standards, conforms to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Vendor Scheduler

· Monitor Team Vendor Scheduling Request Portal for new requests and update throughout coordination process. Adapt to requests placed through other channels such as Teams & email.

· Track all events in queue and scheduled thoroughly on team spreadsheet.

· Coordinate with outside vendors, FMM, MFG & MFG Scheduling and additional internal teams to schedule on-demand and routine vendor support.

· Participate in Cross Functional Team Meetings regarding sitewide Vendor Events.

· Submit requisitions for Purchase Orders, approve corresponding invoices.

· Onboard Vendor Contractors through HR VMS and ensure mandatory training is complete prior to Vendor Contractor arrival onsite.

· Connect Vendor Contractor with work specific site POC and ensure vendor is prepared (ie: safety & process area shoes) and understands expectations while onsite.Company Description
