Full-time, Maintenance Supervisor/Manager position available at an apartment community in Hamilton Township, NJ. We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent maintenance and attention to detail.

The Apartment Community is approximately 300+ units. Two-bedroom apt and utilities included - free with the position.

Qualifications for this position include:

5+ years of maintenance experience - Hands-On EXPERIENCE

Carpentry, Tile, and make-readies a must

AC required

Multifamily housing experience preferred - Apartments

On-call share

Appliance Repair, Plumbing, and Electrical

Quality assurance programs

Computer savvy helpful
