Stable manufacturer looking for Continuous Improvement, OpsExc Engineer to grow with company. This position will get a lot of attention from headquarters.

Areas of focus for you as Continuous Improvement Engineer:

· Serve as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

· Identify and prioritize projects, ensuring a steady pipeline of future opportunities.

· Coach and train teams in Lean methodologies to enhance operational excellence.

· Conduct CI studies, performing in-depth data and process analyses to uncover improvement areas.

· Provide analytical support to assigned departments.

· Lead and manage multiple Lean projects successfully.

· Collaborate across departments to establish and share best practices.

· Deliver impactful projects that yield operational and financial benefits.

Minimum requirements for this Continuous Improvement Engineer:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, ideally in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing.

· Six Sigma certification is mandatory.

· Proven experience with Kaizen processes.

· Solid background in the manufacturing industry is required.

· Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship no or anytime in the future. Position requires citizenship, green card or permanent resident status.
