Salary Up to $200,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to Indiana

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and direct the HESS functions

Achieve and maintain all ISO certifications and ensure compliance with HSE regulations

Develop strategic plans for HSE initiatives and facilitate change

Coach and communicate HSE strategies to the team, ensuring everyone understands and complies with requirements

Maintain accurate injury-illness records and ensure documentation meets corporate and OSHA guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in an EHS-related field preferred

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of EHS / HESS related experience in heavy or industrial manufacturing

Skills: Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills. Ability to build and sustain good working relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
