Job Purpose: The back server position is responsible for set-up and cleaning of dining room tables before, during and after meal service in a restaurant and banquet setting.
Job Summary (Essential Functions):
Set-up, reset, and clean the restaurant and work zones.
Serves water & bread/bread sticks
Assists in carrying food trays to tables.
Clears dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware.
Polish glassware and silverware.
Moves tables and chairs as needed for the next member and guest diners.
Assists with banquet setup.
Performs other appropriate duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Must be able to lift 30 lbs., as well as stand extended periods of time. Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling.
Reliable transportation required.
Must be 18 years or older.
California Food Handler and RBS Alcohol Certifications or ability to obtain required.
