We are currently seeking Punch Press Operators in the WEST metro - this role is requiring set up experience.

Hours: 5:00am - 3:30pm; Monday - Thursday with occasional overtime on Fridays

Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

Set up punch press machines, including die installation, alignment, and adjustments.

Operate punch press machines safely and efficiently to produce metal components.

Perform first article inspections and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and production drawings.

Monitor machines during operation to ensure consistent quality and performance.

Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine malfunctions.

Accurately complete production logs and inspection records.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Collaborate with quality control and other team members to meet production goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience operating and setting up punch press machines

Ability to read mechanical drawings and use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Understanding of shop math and metal fabrication processes.

Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and manufacturing best practices.

High school diploma or GED preferred; technical training is a plus.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
