Join Our Team! We're looking for a dependable Apartment Porter to help keep our community clean, welcoming, and well-maintained!

The Liberty Group is hiring reliable Porters - Groundskeeper – Skilled Labor for Apartment Communities

Job Responsibilities:

Pick up trash & debris from grounds

Assist in trash-outs and general property clean up

Power washing sidewalks, buildings, etc.

Check smoke alarms & replace batteries as necessary

Replace switch plates, light bulbs & air conditioning filters

Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment

Knowledge of pool chemicals a plus!

Required Qualifications:

At least 6 months of general labor experience

Have reliable transportation

Valid I.D. Required

The ability to safely lift 50 pounds

This is also a great opportunity for those who have left the industry and looking to get back in. Hotel, Rehab, Condo, and Carpentry experience all a plus!
