Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical aptitude, experience with hand and power tools, and a background in manufacturing or production. This role involves assembly, inspection, and use of various tools in a fast-paced environment.
Shift: 1st Shift (7am-3:30pm)Pay: $18/hour
Responsibilities
Assemble sub-components of motors
Pack parts for shipping
Pick items for production
Complete quality checks
Clean and prepare metal parts to eliminate oil used to prevent rust during shipping
Read and follow detailed instructionsEssential Skills
Previous production experience within manufacturing
Ability to stand for 8 hours a day
Ability to read a computer screen
Good attendance and punctuality
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in EnglishAdditional Skills & Qualifications
Quality or packing experience

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
