What You'll Be Doing:

Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to patients

Scheduling appointments like a pro

Verifying insurance and handling billing questions

Setting up new patient accounts

Ordering contact lenses

Processing credit card payments over the phone

Covering the front desk during lunchtime hustle

Always following HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy

What You Bring to the Table:

Recent office experience (within the last year)

Bonus points if you've worked in the medical field!

Flexibility and a can-do attitude

Stellar customer service skills

Fast fingers-strong typing abilities a must!

Schedule:

Monday - Friday + Rotating Saturdays (get ready for a little weekend action!)
