Production Associates Needed - Weekly Pay!

Job Description:

Join our team as a Blown Film Operator and be a part of a leading manufacturer of plastic products serving the Agriculture, Medical, and Manufacturing industries. This labor-intensive and fast-paced role involves operating, loading, and palletizing large plastic rolls into smaller sizes.

Pay: $20-$21

Shifts Available:

Day Shift:7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Night Shift:7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (includes a $1/hour differential)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate shaft hoist

Load cores, tape, and tag rolls

Handle, package, and palletize rolls

Replace trims and switch barrels

Conduct quality control and identify defective products

Load and maintain scrap conveyor

Label, box, and load 50-pound plastic rolls

Change cutting knives on the machine

Package rolls according to customer specifications and company standards

Collaborate with other packers to keep production lines running

Ensure correct counts and supplies according to job specifications

Notify lead or supervisor of production defects as they occur

Assist in changeovers or setting up production lines

Maintain a safe and clean workplace

Follow all OSHA requirements and standards

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
