Building/Property Maintenance Associate - $18-$20 DOE

A local Albany company is searching for a Building/Property Maintenance Associate who will have core responsibilities in maintaining commercial and residential properties from upkeep to remodels. The Building/Property Maintenance Associate is a vital role working on a variety of projects including drywall repair, interior and exterior painting and repairs for both grounds and buildings. This work may be performed in a team or independent setting depending on the projects at hand.
