Job Summary: A company in Wooster is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floater General Laborer to join their team. This role involves assisting in the production of fire hoses and performing various tasks around the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to different tasks within the facility.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the production of fire hoses.

Couple hoses, pack orders, and label hoses.

Move items around the warehouse.

Load and unload trucks.

Build boxes.

Perform light computer work.

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production deadlines.

Operate a forklift (training provided, but prior experience is a plus).

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Willingness to work in different roles as needed to support production demands.

Basic computer skills.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
