Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician to ensure the upkeep and efficient functioning of property, buildings, equipment, utilities, furnishings, and grounds. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, landscaping of assigned areas, making minor repairs, and supporting outside service personnel as needed. Major repair and maintenance needs are reported to the Supervisor. Pay rate will be between $25 - $35 an hour.

Maintain open property, buildings, equipment, utilities, furnishings, and grounds.
Perform preventive maintenance and landscaping for assigned areas.
Make minor repairs and assist outside service personnel as necessary.
Report major repair and maintenance needs to the Supervisor.
Maintain related maintenance records and complete work orders.
File paperwork appropriately and document scheduled cleaning of equipment, buildings, and grounds.
Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with company personnel, management, vendors, and service providers.
Assist company personnel and vendors as needed.
Keep management informed of area activities and any significant problems or maintenance concerns.
Attend and participate in meetings as required.
Complete assigned training and perform miscellaneous and specially requested tasks.Essential Skills

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
