CNC Machinist- 2nd Shift

Express Employment Professionals is looking for someone who sets up and performs machining operations on various metals and castings for a local pump manufacturer.

Work Schedule: This is a full-time, Mon - Friday, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Pay: $24.00-30.00 DOE

Responsibilities:

Machining

Basic G Code

Completing your own set-ups

Measuring

Interpreting drawings

Calculating and setting controls to regulate machining factors

Reading blueprints to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces

Sequence of operations and set up requirements

Using measuring tools to control machining operations such as dial indicators, micrometers, scales, tape measures, and calipers

Qualifications:

Machining experience

CNC mill and lathe is a must

Hand a power tool operation

Read blueprints

Operate measuring tools

Heavy lifting

Bending

Skills Required:

Machining experience, CNC mill and lathe is a must, hand a power tool operation, read blueprints, operate measuring tools.

Equipment Used:

CNC Mill and Lathe, dial indicators, micrometers, scales, tape measures, and calipers, Reading blueprints, cranes.
