On-Site CAD Drafter/Designer

Express Employment is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Drafter & Designer in McGregor, MN. This role involves using SolidWorks and CAD software to develop 2D and 3D models, create and modify drawings, and collaborate on product development. The ideal candidate is creative, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $50,000 - $80,000, based on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Location: Onsite in McGregor, MN (Not remote)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and modify 3D models and 2D drawings for production.

Create detailed part and assembly designs for product lines and custom applications.

Work with engineering and production teams to optimize designs.

Assist in new product development and continuous improvement efforts.

Maintain accurate technical documentation and support project needs.

Qualifications:

Degree in Drafting & Design or 3+ years of experience in mechanical drafting/design.

Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD modeling.

Experience with engineering principles, GD&T, and Bills of Materials.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience is a plus.
