We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Coverings Installer. In this role, you will perform professional installations of various window treatments including blinds, shutters, awnings, and screens for both residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

● Professionally install window coverings at commercial sites and residential homes, following company operational processes

● Maintain and repair blinds, shutters, awnings, and screens as needed

● Meet performance metrics including installation speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction

● Maintain clean and safe work areas during and after installations

● Identify and minimize installation errors to reduce return visits

● Prepare adequately for installations by accurately reviewing job requirements in advance

● Prioritize and efficiently resolve any 'go-backs' to ensure positive customer experiences

● Collaborate with sales team to understand customer expectations for each project

● Attend regular installer meetings to review challenging projects, receive training, and discuss safety protocols

● Monitor and report inventory shortages to ensure adequate supplies

● Maintain your service vehicle, keeping it properly stocked with necessary tools and parts

● Request support for installations after reviewing upcoming projects

● Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation process

Qualifications:

● Experience with hand and power tools

● Background in construction or relevant field

● Ability to work on scaffolding, booms, and ladders

● Experience with general construction equipment setup (preferred)

● Strong attention to detail

● Excellent customer service skills

● Team-oriented with good communication abilities

● Problem-solving aptitude
