Punch Press Operator
Paying $22 / HR to $27 / HR
Location: Portland, OR
Responsibilities:
Run stamping and press equipment in a fabrication environment.
Set up dies - verify die is in good condition, correct placement, and make any adjustments needed to pressure and placement at the computer controller.
Check for quality - verify parts are meeting quality standards with precision measuring devices, during initial set-up and throughout production runs.
Load material - steel coils, keeping the machine ready to run parts.
Troubleshoot - any issues with dies or their ability to run uncorrupted with die maintenance team.
Qualifications:
Progressive Die or Stamping experience is a plus and will add more to offer amount.
CMM and/or inspection experience with high tolerance parts.
Experience maintaining dies/progressive dies.
Experience using CNC or computer controllers to make adjustments to equipment.
Environment / Shift:
State of the art manufacturing facility with great company culture and environment.
Swing Shift: 2:30pm - 1:00am, Monday to Thursday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
