Join a leading automotive parts manufacturer in Springfield, Ohio as an Assembler with immediate openings on both first and second shifts. This hands-on role offers excellent starting pay and growth potential in a stable industry.

Position Details

First Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM - $18.00/hour

Second Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM - $18.30/hour

Third Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM - $18.30/hour

Training: 2 days of comprehensive onboarding

Overtime: Available as needed, including some weekends

Key Responsibilities

Produce high-quality automotive parts at scheduled production rates

Stack and assemble parts according to specifications

Lift and place automobile components on jigs for robotic welding

Assist press operators and other assemblers with production tasks

Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records

Operate welding machines and robotics for automotive client orders

Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S principles

Follow written operational standards and safety protocols

Qualifications

Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required

Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly

Capability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Basic computer literacy and math skills

Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
