Our client, a growing medical device company in Natick, MA is looking for a Customer Service Representative!
Pay: $26.00 per hour
Schedule: 32 Hours Per Week - 8:30am or 9:00am start
Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative:
Provide an excellent customer experience and high level of service
Process customer orders, returns and changes timely and accurately
Maintain accurate customer inventory records
Provide timely and accurate information on customer order status
Maintain and apply knowledge of products and services related to quality and regulatory requirements
Work closely with the team (including C.S. Manager, Administrators and Director)
Participate in daily and weekly team meetings
Skills and Experience of Customer Service Representative:
Customer Service skills/experience
Knowledge of principles of quality and regulatory standards (Following FDA Regulations and SOP's)
Excellent understanding of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook and Word)
Medical device industry experience (preferred)
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications (preferred)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Attention to detail
