Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Description: The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising employees. They will ensure all repairs are completed timely and in a cost-effective manner. Maintenance will include office spaces, production areas, public areas, and production equipment.
Responsibilities:
Hire, train, and supervise maintenance staff.
Ensure timely and cost-effective completion of repairs.
Oversee maintenance of office spaces, production areas, public areas, and production equipment.
Implement and enforce safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $64000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
