CNC Machinist

Title: CNC Machinist Hourly Rate: $25hr - $40hr (dependent on experience level)Location: Hanover Park, IL Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift openingsJob Summary:The Machinist will produce high precision components according to the customer's print, specifications, and guidelines.

Operator will produce components according to the rate determined by company.Job Duties:Start the machine and perform start up inspectionEnsure that proper gauging is being used for the jobRead and understand blueprintsProduce high precision components according to the blueprintProduce high precision components at ratePerform all necessary part inspection using gauging instruments specified in the inspection sheetPerform necessary statistical process controlClean the workstation, check machine fluid levels and refill as neededUnderstand company software and other related operating systemsFollows established safety practices and requirements pertaining to the type of work involvedQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
