$19 per hourResponsibilities:
Fielding incoming calls, text messages, and emails from tenants and vendors.
Working within the ticketing system we have in place, to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Proactively following up to make sure things are getting done.
Collecting invoices from vendors and entering them into our accounting system.
Cross-training to assist with other back-office items as needed.Qualifications:
