Job Description:

Responsibilities and Duties:

Design, develop, and implement MES solutions using Siemens Opcenter platform.

Customize and extend Opcenter functionalities to meet specific manufacturing requirements.

Integrate MES with other enterprise systems, including ERP, SCADA, and PLCs.

Collaborate with business analysts and operations teams to gather requirements and ensure MES solutions align with business objectives.

Implement data collection, tracking, and real-time production monitoring solutions.

Ensure seamless integration of MES with other software tools, like Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, and Maintenance Management Systems.

Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to improve decision-making in manufacturing operations.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues with Opcenter-based systems.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and internal teams.

Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features of Siemens Opcenter, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

3+ years of experience in developing MES solutions using Opcenter software

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or SQL

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems

Certification in Opcenter software is a plus
