Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and motivated sales representative with experience in the financial industry to contribute to our success in the UAE and the broader MENA region. The role involves sales, marketing, and client retention activities.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize your network to introduce new clients to eToro.
Support and guide clients, providing market information to expand our client base.
Research and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
Identify client needs and align them with our offerings.
Engage with clients to understand their expectations and enhance service quality.
Build relationships with internal teams to ensure project success.
Increase client satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
Client account servicing includes:
Sharing market and product information with clients.
Promoting marketing campaigns.
Guiding clients on using trading systems.
Addressing client inquiries and supporting compliance processes.
Representing the company at events.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
Positive attitude, eager to learn and exceed expectations.
Effective planning and project management skills.
Strong interest and knowledge of global financial markets.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce.
Flexibility to work shifts.
Previous sales or service experience is advantageous.
Secondary language skills, especially native Arabic, are highly desirable.
Qualifications
Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
Financial or industry certifications are a plus.
