Job Responsibilities

Drive completed vehicles on proving grounds to test performance and detect defects.

Examine vehicles pre-road test for correct equipment installation and servicing.

Evaluate and document vehicle conditions, including body, interior, and mechanical components.

Listen for mechanical noises and test equipment functioning.

Prepare detailed quality reports with findings and recommendations.

Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and standards.

Attend training sessions to enhance technical skills.

Perform daily quality control tests and provide technical assistance.

Conduct spot checks to minimize rework and ensure quality.

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Workshop Manager.

Your profile

Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

Practical experience in the motor industry.

Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Experience as a Technician is preferred.

Team player qualities.
